Your license to listen

Your purchase or access code gives you a personal, non-transferable license to stream the audio guide for your own, non-commercial use. It doesn't give you ownership of the content, and it can't be resold, shared publicly, or used to run tours for others.

No copying or redistribution

Please don't record, download, copy, republish, or redistribute the audio, scripts, images, or any other tour content, in whole or in part. Sharing your access code or the content itself outside your personal use isn't permitted.

AI-generated narration

Tour narration is created with AI voice technology. Voices you hear don't belong to real narrators, and while we work to keep tour information accurate, some details (hours, prices, exhibits, routes) may change or contain errors. Always check official sources for anything important.

Stay safe while you explore

The audio guide is for information and entertainment only. Stay aware of your surroundings, watch for traffic, and follow local signs, laws, and posted rules. The guide is not a substitute for your own judgment, and route suggestions may not reflect current conditions, closures, or accessibility needs. You use the guide — and move through the city — at your own risk.

Access codes and refunds

Access codes unlock a specific tour and may have an expiration date or usage limit, shown at purchase or redemption. Codes obtained through a hotel, partner, or event are subject to that provider's conditions. If you purchased directly from AventoursNYC and something isn't working, contact us — we'll help you get listening or review a refund where required by law or our purchase terms.

Privacy

We collect limited data to run the guide (such as playback and, if you allow it, location used for tour features). See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's used.

Intellectual property

Tour creators

If you create tours with Tour Studio, separate creator terms — including pay-as-you-go pricing — apply and are shown before you add a payment method.

Creator studio and pay-as-you-go

Access to the tour creator (Tour Studio) requires that you accept these terms and add a valid payment method. You are charged only when you create a tour — after you complete design, script, translation, and audio generation. There is no subscription.

Before each creation you will see an estimated cost. The actual charge is based on real usage (AI and voice services). Your payment method is used only for these usage-based charges.

Pricing and charges

By creating an account and accepting these terms, you agree to the following pricing terms:

Tour creation: You are charged after each new tour is generated. The amount is based on actual usage (AI design, scripts, translation, and voice synthesis) plus a company margin. A minimum charge per tour may apply.
Adding a language: Adding a new language to an existing tour (translation and voice for that language) is a separate charge. You will see an estimated cost before confirming. The same margin and minimum charge apply.
Estimates: Before you create a tour or add a language, we show an approximate charge (including margin). The final charge is based on actual usage and will not exceed the estimate significantly for typical use.

You agree to pay all such charges when due. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may restrict access to the Tour Studio.
